The door is broken (card sensor doesn't work and seems locked unless you pull extremely hard) and at 8:30am the security guard won't open the door for you and will instead watch you pull with your wallet in hand and tell you to pull the door harder. When you finally get in, they'll proceed to talk about how people have attitudes when they're the ones that have had a broken door for quite some time. Makes you wonder why a customer might be annoyed at 8:30 in the morning. 😒 🤔
Jeff assisted my grandma and I with her account. Very personable and attentive to my 89 year old grandma. Even from walking in the security guard and bank teller welcomed my grandma back. I see why she enjoys coming to this specific location lol. Well done!
Went to make a deposit at the counter and Leslie, the bank teller, had her phone on the desk, and was texting the whole time while completing my transaction. I had to ask for a printed receipt because I did not trust that she was not distracted or leaking private information. If you’re handling money and customer’s private info, you should be more careful and focused. :(
