Due to work, I don’t have time to come to the bank to open a bank account in my location, but today during my work I had some free time and decided to go to a nearby bank. The bearded bank employee refused to open a business account for me without an appointement. I have never heard that you have to schedule an appointment in advance to open a business account.
The door is broken (card sensor doesn't work and seems locked unless you pull extremely hard) and at 8:30am the security guard won't open the door for you and will instead watch you pull with your wallet in hand and tell you to pull the door harder. When you finally get in, they'll proceed to talk about how people have attitudes when they're the ones that have had a broken door for quite some time. Makes you wonder why a customer might be annoyed at 8:30 in the morning. 😒 🤔
Jeff assisted my grandma and I with her account. Very personable and attentive to my 89 year old grandma. Even from walking in the security guard and bank teller welcomed my grandma back. I see why she enjoys coming to this specific location lol. Well done!
