A senior citizen lost $2300 due to inept actions by this bank and their investigative branch. They refused to close a hacked account, saying it was under investigation, and allowed it to be fraudulently used for two months, then offered no recourse to a needy woman who owned the account who made multiple attempts to receive her lost Social Security payments.
I have used this location to bank with two separate companies, and the customer service is always garbage. The tellers are not well versed in customer service, and I have had to speak with a manager multiple times in order to complete the most basic tasks (deposits, ordering change, etc). Banking should not be this difficult or frustrating.
