I opened a bank account with them just off the bank interaction alone. 🙂💕 When I came in, the man at the front desk told me it’d be a 30-40 minute wait. I didn’t mind; I had nowhere to be. A banker came out and told me his appointment had never showed, so he was able to take me. He was the sweetest person I ever met in banking. He was very informative; we chatted about savings and buying a house. A senior citizen lost $2300 due to inept actions by this bank and their investigative branch.
