Thank you Ivan Ibarra Rodriguez for taking the time to really sit down and get to the bottom of my problem with me. Ivan took my concerns seriously and pushed to get to the bottom of the issue despite it taking 4 phone calls. This care for the customer experience is refreshing and I'll be back next time I face an issue.
The staff at this branch are very friendly and helpful, during business hours. However, good luck trying to do your banking outside of business hours at this branch. The drive up ATM is out of order 80% of the time and the ATM in the atrium does not accept deposits or print receipts about 60% of the time. If you work 9-5pm, find a different branch or bank to do your business with. Do better Chase!
