The manager at this branch is extremely unprofessional and rude. She was in a bad mood and spoke to me disrespectfully as a customer. I went there to get some change, but she refused and even lied to the counter staff to prevent me from receiving the cash. Because of this unacceptable behavior, I’m seriously considering closing my Chase accounts. Me and my wife recently went in to set up a savings, credit card and checking account that we both had access to. While we were there Calvin the banker showed us multiple useful tools on the app that will help us in the future with our financial goals. Everyone we interacted with from the initial phone call to see if they could fit us in, to the time we spent in the office was absolutely wonderful.
