Always ready to help my banking needs
My account has been opened officially one week today and I've called the branch multiple times asking for a call back from our" banker"and haven't heard a word. Clearly some issues here at this bank. Will be taking our business elsewhere.
I was really moved by the kindness and courtesy of the bank manager and an employee of this Chase branch. I had a credit card issue and they spent a lot of time with me and on the phone until it was resolved in my favor. Excellent customer service!! So appreciate them!
