My account has been opened officially one week today and I've called the branch multiple times asking for a call back from our" banker"and haven't heard a word. Clearly some issues here at this bank. Will be taking our business elsewhere.
I was really moved by the kindness and courtesy of the bank manager and an employee of this Chase branch. I had a credit card issue and they spent a lot of time with me and on the phone until it was resolved in my favor. Excellent customer service!! So appreciate them!
All I wanted to do was pay the ‘fee’ for using their bank and close my account. I got a whole speech about not knowing my information since my husband takes care of things. ‘What if your husband dies? You should know this stuff.’ It’s not your business why my husband is taking care of things right now. Lady, don’t worry, I’m dying first. You need to mind your own business and take my 15$ and close the account.
