I've had the worst time trying to get information, it's not clear on line and i have questions so i tried calling and can't get a human being on the phone to help me. I'm trying to open a HY Savings account which i can do in minutes on line with a handful of companies but it seems the only way to get anything done at Chase is in person. My work schedule doesn't allow me to get there during their business hours. I have accounts with Chase, seems a shame to go somewhere else because they make it too difficult. I recently had an unfortunate experience with CHASE at this location. During my interactions, I felt that the communication was not transparent, and I was given misleading information regarding their services. It is important for financial institutions to uphold honesty and integrity in all customer dealings. I hope that CHASE can improve their communication and service standards moving forward.
Horrible service don’t like help there clients at all. Walk in just to change my last name been told they booked up lady just setting there doing nothing telling me I have to book appointment I been coming couple times there and I get run around. Completely they don’t want to help no one.
