I visited this branch on this past Tuesday in the morning and tried to withdrawal money from a card and deposit into my account(I've banked with Chase for over 20 years) and I was informed by the bank teller(a young gentleman) that there was a fee of $10. I have never paid a fee as I usually withdrawal money from this card and deposit. I had just done it two weeks prior. very rough relationship
Security at entry way was kind and greeted customers upon arrival respectfully. I had an appointment with Ronald to “open” my business account that Chase closed , UNLAWFULLY. At Ronald’s cubicle I quickly realized that he was pretending to not know about bank laws, Ronald refused the company’s security instrument after instructing me to email a blank copy to his personal email address, Ronald stated he only accepts cash or federal reserve notes, I recited several ucc and cfr codes to Ronald and he continued to deny or try to... read more
