After I scheduled two appointments with the branch manager (Musa) and received explicit promises that he would follow up with me directly, he completely failed to do so. The issue was supposed to be resolved within 24 to 48 hours, but there is currently no end in sight. To make matters worse, the branch fails to answer their phones. The lack of accountability and poor communication here is deeply disappointing. Avoid this location if you expect reliable customer service.
Went yesterday on a Wednesday. They closed and locked the door 1 min early which meant driving across town, making withdrawals from other banks, rushing through traffic was all for nothing. Sure I was cutting close, but I don't need you to cut me off early when I'm already cutting it close. I already had my deposit slip filled out and ready to go. Not my account so can't deposit with ATM card. 👎🏽

I came to get some money from my account. They didn’t give any. Probably because here is very dangerous neighbour. They have bulletproof glass at cashiers too 😆
