Although they ran late for my appointment, they stayed open well after closing to resolve my problem. The service was caring and high quality.
I agree with the bad service. Worst bank !!! Teller nice and friendly. But the staff that work in the cubes, lazy not welcoming the branch manger turns you away they lazy and don't want to work. I will not return to this location again. They don’t appreciated your business there. BEWARE !!!!
I wish I could give 0 stars . I met with Shawn Clarke on a last minute basis to make an account for my son . First off very non chalant and not very welcoming . I will be closing my account with this bank . The lack of communication and unprofessionalism is beyond horrible . Will not recommend to anyone !
The staff at this location are not knowledgeable and kind of rude. The apparent supervisor sent me off with a phone number to call to file my claim. The customer service agent over the phone said I could have done it at the branch, so I returned to the branch. I was asked to have a seat and wait for a banker. I sat while bankers walked around casually chit-chatting, scrolling on their phones and not doing much at all. Another customer then came in while I was waiting and was promptly seen, before me.
