The agent I spoke to over the phone was SO unprofessional. She answered the phone saying “Hey” I had to ask her if I was speaking to a Chase agent. WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Came to open an account 45 mins before they close but was turned away. I guess they don't want new customers. Any normal business would want to get customers even if they had to stay 5 or 10 mins late. Lazy employees here. One banker was busy with customers but one wasn't, but was still told no.
