Came to open an account 45 mins before they close but was turned away. I guess they don't want new customers. It seems like the employees here are just lazy or incompetent, especially now that I've read other reviews. One banker was busy with customers but there waa one was just in their office, but we were told no. And then when we were about to drive away, we saw the person we interacted with outside talking on her phone. 😑
The agent I spoke to over the phone was SO unprofessional. She answered the phone saying “Hey” I had to ask her if I was speaking to a Chase agent. WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE?
