I wish I could give 0 stars . I met with Shawn Clarke on a last minute basis to make an account for my son . First off very non chalant and not very welcoming . I will be closing my account with this bank . The lack of communication and unprofessionalism is beyond horrible . Will not recommend to anyone !
The staff at this location are not knowledgeable and kind of rude. The apparent supervisor sent me off with a phone number to call to file my claim. The customer service agent over the phone said I could have done it at the branch, so I returned to the branch. I was asked to have a seat and wait for a banker. Hard to make business with. Waiting time before a banker can see you takes an hour.
Worst Experience! Had us waiting there. The lady walked by multiple times didn't even ask what we are there for. 30 mins later during my turn she said I would need to make an appointment and wouldn't be able to see me as they were closing. Should have asked us first what we came in for. Just horrible. Never be back at this NEW location. Waste of my time!!! Zero stars if even it exist. And she had no empathy!
This branch makes me want to cancel my account of over 25 years. I have had to visit this location four times to complete one task and have yet to have it completed due to the incompetence of every single representative here, including the manager. I reserved my appointments online as these were not pop up visits. If you are not opening a new account or bringing in new business, this branch and it’s representatives have no interest in serving you or solving your problems.
