Absolute sham of a bank, garbage policies. They wouldn’t cash a check issued by the government because my dad didn’t sign it (he’s dead) and I’m the executor of the estate. Wasted our time, froze my bank account….as if losing someone isn’t hard enough. Bank of America set us right up and took care of it. Chase is a bunch of idiots online and in person, your money is not safe here. It was with Matthew C, the appt.
Showed up at 12:50 on a Saturday and they were already closed even though it said they closed at 1. I’m glad all I do is cash checks because I’d never let a company with children running it handle my money. I’m glad that the banking world is now at the leisure of the immature, and with Chase being such a big bank. Don’t trust people that can’t do their jobs
Bank fee to cash a check drawn on their bank, then they have a limit that they will cash for non customers. Their customer wrote the check to get money from their account and banks find ways of not honoring the check. Great service
