I'm not sure why this local branch is calling me after I open a CC. This sends up scam red flags for someone from the bank to just call and "check on you". This is incredible inappropriate and seems like a phishing set up.

Do not go to this bank!! went to the chase, opened an account and deposited check from the TELLER, one day later they locked my account and froze all my money!! absolutely insane go to another bank!!
I went to Chase Bank today to open a simple bank account. The branch was completely empty, not a single other customer waiting. The representative saw me walk in — we made eye contact several times — yet I was completely ignored because, apparently, her personal phone call was more important than helping a customer.
