This branch is permanently closed so don't come here even though Google maps says it's open, it is not open. Even the ATM machine is not working either. So don't waste your time like I did and come over here expecting service.
They offer a throrough and efficient customer service in this branch that I could ever get from a bank. Very professional and knowledgeable staff.
I want to give zero stars for the service I received from this branch. I needed to visit this branch twice with two different male bankers to resolve my inquiries, but it was a total waste of my time. I ended up figuring it out on my own, and they were not helpful at all.
Came in mid-day after a Pilates class during a time that the branch obviously wasn’t busy to get assistance with opening up another business account. The greeting teller went and got the manager, who then came out to advise that they couldn’t assist me today because the business banker was booked up but again there were maybe 2-3 people in the bank and multiple tellers and bankers available.
