Do better The plaza has plenty of parking, so you’ll be able to park anywhere simply. The Service was disappointing, low staff, and no one available to help. I was told to wait, I waited over an hour for no one to help me, they said there was only 1 person who could sit down and open an account with me, but did not tell me there were multiple people were waiting to be seen so I sat down and to my surprise people who waiting in the bank teller line which was separate from the person who could open the account were moving from... read more

I was there for my credit card. I applied online but told to visit the bank in person for further verification. I was assisted by Samuel Ashat, who was more than helpful and patient throughout and helped me with the entire process and made sure that I wasn’t going through any hassle in the process. Really thankful to and appreciate Samuel for being so helpful.

Since I work long hours during the week, I stopped by this branch on a Saturday to change the name on my account after getting married this year. I arrived over an hour before the branch closed. After being told to take a seat and wait, I was informed that the only banker at the office would be busy with another client for 60-75 minutes. I was informed that I should come back on a weekday to get better service. This is an unacceptable message to your clients.
