I want to give zero stars for the service I received from this branch. I needed to visit this branch twice with two different male bankers to resolve my inquiries, but it was a total waste of my time. I ended up figuring it out on my own, and they were not helpful at all.
Came in mid-day after a Pilates class during a time that the branch obviously wasn’t busy to get assistance with opening up another business account. The greeting teller went and got the manager, who then came out to advise that they couldn’t assist me today because the business banker was booked up but again there were maybe 2-3 people in the bank and multiple tellers and bankers available. Do better The plaza has plenty of parking, so you’ll be able to park anywhere simply. The Service was disappointing, low staff, and no one available to help. I was told to wait, I waited over an hour for no one to help me, they said there was only 1 person who could sit down and open an account with me, but did not tell me there were multiple people were waiting to be seen so I sat down and to my surprise people who waiting in the bank teller line which was separate from the person who could open the account were moving from... read more
