The business mgr was super helpful. She even stayed later to assist me with my company's issue. Thank you for the follow up call as well. And we did not even open a new account that day, she just provided me with info as to how and documents needed.

i would love to give -10 star if i could, this branch is the closest Chase Bank near me, the manager is worst she does not know how their system work i double check with her before deposit check as i need fund to be available right away. otherwise i will wait to deposit with Teller, She INSISTS and confirm the machine and the Teller system going to be the same! but when i did deposit it show fund will be available in 3 days. i ask her if i can cancel it. she just said NO and i need to wait, So i prefer to driver further to S... read more
