Worst banking experience ever I felt so disrespected I would never vist this branch again..so bad I feel like moving my funds else where.
Excellent service
Every time I come in here, it takes at least 20 minutes and they always gave three or four people behind the desk. They never have both windows open. Last time I came in for $100 and when the teller saw how much money I had in my account he started asking for extra identification and I had already given him my passport. I only come here to get change for my tithes and offerings for church. I hate that I don’t make time to do it during the week at another branch.
Poor customer service! Rude lady on the phone.
