I’ve been with Chase Bank for a long time. This location is new but I just have to say that I want a compliment on how they care for their customers I came in and I was greeted by Olivia who said hello welcome to Chase Bank and everybody else and they were so friendly and then When I did banking Kaleb Was also very friendly!!! Their entire staff was friendly!! Great job at this location. I’ve been banking with Chase since 2009 you guys rock keep up the good work thank you very much.!!
Took a friend there to cash a check and my wait time was 30 minutes .
One teller. Employees everywhere except tellers everytime I go in. No drive-through either.
Terrible services there 10 people in line there are more tellers and employees running around doing nothing. Waited over 30 minutes in line . Bad customer services
