I highly recommend this bank. I had my appointment with Franck Coicou, and he was very helpful and patient he assisted me a lot. I’ve been to several Chase banks before (in New York and Miami), but none of them were as helpful as he was. So I definitely recommend this location.
My coworker and I have a business account here. Every staff member has been extremely professional and friendly, and they remember our names. The customer service is just phenomenal! They go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with every visit.
We are super impressed with this bank and it's staff. Everything is SO easy, and the staff follows up personally just to see how we are doing and if we need anything. They know us by name, and in just a short time all the frustration we felt from our former bank's antiquated systems was gone. We are so happy we made the move! Andres, Dante, and the whole group have taken our banking experience next-level. Highly, highly recommend.
