I’m changing my review from 1 star to 5. I previously visited this branch September 23 of 2024 and had an awful experience as far as customer service goes. Because of this, I make sure that if I ever do need to stop at this location, I just go to the ATM rather than going inside. I returned today and it was night and day, even with the employee that was previously rude. I want to especially highlight how great Ricky and Kurt were. I would definitely recommend this branch.

I want to highlight ELIAN DOMINGUEZ and BROOKE SWOPE for excellent customer service at this location. I have been playing phone and mail and fax tag with corporate for almost 2 months now over the same issue and unfortunately had to go to the branch to try to get it resolved. Both ELIAN and BROOKE were extremely patient and helpful. They took the time to contact the appropriate department, get to the bottom of the issue for me and advocate on my behalf. I’m pretty sure I was flagged here as a scammer 🫠😭 I came in with a DMV form after going to the DMV trying to hold back tears because I didn’t realize how DMVs worked in this city. And calling regarding my Lien transfer with the bank has been an entire nightmare. If you bank with Chase and your car loan is through the bank. Don’t come here. Just call the number available on the app. I have yet to get tags on a vehicle I’m making payments on.

I went to open up a checking/savings account here. Simon was my associate who helped me out. He was incredible. He was the literal definition of excellent customer service. Walked me through the different accounts I could open up and answered all my questions to the best knowledge he had. Thanks to him!!!
