I've been a loyal Chase customer for 15 years and have visited various branches across the country. Without a doubt, this branch offers the best customer service I've ever experienced. I recently visited to deposit checks, cash, and exchange foreign currency. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. They patiently answered all my questions and made the entire process seamless. I'm truly impressed by the exceptional service at this branch and will continue to be a loyal customer

I was there to open a business credit card, Scam! They are not able to deliver the services on time that they promised. They don't give value to customers as they show.

I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the treatment I was given by the branch manager. In an attempt to open at estate account I was met with constant pushback with no explanation on how to proceed or fix things in order to open the account. I went to another bank and it was opened immediately. I was eventually ghosted by the manager, where I left messages and tried to call multiples time with no response or returned phone calls.
