Took several attempts to open a business account. Called repeatedly with questions, it was almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Left many messages for the client banker without a recall. Nice people when you do get them, but customer service and attention to detail at this branch is really lacking.
Booked a next day appointment and was taken care of in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and helpful, building is modern and clean.
Don't bother booking an appointment. They don't hold it, yet you will receive texts up to two hours before your appointment to make it seem like you are still scheduled. You would think there would be an explanation, or apologies for the inconvenience. Instead they meet you at the door to deny you from coming in and tell you to go online instead. A completely unprofessional team working this branch. Don't waste your time.
