I’ve had a very good experience at this branch! Tyler Searles is who I’ve dealt with the most for setting up accounts and so on and has always been a pleasure to work with! Everyone else has been super helpful and really flexible with accommodating my business needs. I do wish I could use the lobby to make deposits at all hours again but the drive-through is fine and I know it’s not the branches decision to make. Definitely recommend Tyler and everyone working there!

Took several attempts to open a business account. Called repeatedly with questions, it was almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Left many messages for the client banker without a recall. Nice people when you do get them, but customer service and attention to detail at this branch is really lacking.
