Worst experience at a Chase bank. I made a notary appointment with Eric andrade who called me ONE WEEK AFTER THE APPOINTMENT WAS MADE to tell me they don’t offer the exact service that was offered online 🤔 He said he would call me back because the documents needed to be notarized on a specific day and time (less than 2 less later) .. he didn’t. I’m bringing my business elsewhere and out of Chase because of this experience
Absolutely the best top tier staff in the world. All of them go above and beyond the norm making their customer service incredible. Kevin the greeter, and Christie at the front desk, remember me at every visit and are a delight to do business with. My personal financial guy, Christian, is ultra professional and friendly. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he gives great advice and has helped me out of a jam or two. I actually think of them as friends now and rely on them a great deal.
