We are new to the area, new to NJ and fairly new to Chase. While in the process of purchasing a house here, they have been extremely helpful. We have had to show proof of wire transfers, have copies of current activity on our accounts and several other transactions - they have been kind and helpful all along the way. Even as we were closing on our new house, we had some issue with our wire going through and they were on top of it. They even called to ensure that all went well. We will gladly continue to do business here.

I just left! Horrible service! 3 tellers talking to each other for more than 15min as I sat waited to open a "new account" based on a referral that recommended me. Very surprising!
