Warning!!!! Do NOT use this bank’s drive-through ATM for deposits! My experience: Earlier this month, my husband deposited $8,500 at this ATM. The machine froze, didn’t return the money, and prompted him to call customer service to ensure the deposit went through. He called immediately, and the representative temporarily credited the full amount to our account. I go to this bank with frequently and Manny always so attentive and his customer service is great.
Every week I go to make my deposits and most of the time, Manny welcomes me and takes care of me. Always so friendly and attentive.
