I just left! Horrible service! 3 tellers talking to each other for more than 15min as I sat waited to open a "new account" based on a referral that recommended me. Very surprising!
Do they have restrooms available for their “valuable” customers? The answer is NO. What a disgrace
I recently visited the Chase Bank in Scotch Plains and received exceptional service. The bank representative, Manny, was very helpful, always smiling, and guided me effectively through the process of changing my address on my bank account. I highly recommend anyone needing assistance to visit this branch because of his excellent service.
Manny is outstanding! He always delivers top-tier service. He’s incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional every single time. No matter the situation, he goes above and beyond to assist and make sure everything is handled smoothly. I always leave the branch feeling confident and taken care of with Manny. 10/10 — he truly upgrades the entire banking experience!
The staff at this location have good customer service. The ATM at this branch is never working which is very inconvenient because thats mainly what everyone comes for. Smh.
