Worst customer service ever I drive a hour and was told that they can't help me !! Rude service, I even called the day ahead, and they said they could help me. and told me there was no manager on duty very judgmental very snobby I will not ever bank with them..PLEASE be careful with them!!!
We went to this branch to handle some business matters and had such a smooth, easy experience with jack & James! They are amazing & made banking a truly enjoyable experience!
I very rarely write negative reviews, but if I could give zero stars for this service, I would. I attempted at what I thought would be a very simple task of opening a business credit card and instead had issue after issue and was taken in circles for an entire month by the store manager that clearly had no clue or remedy. I've been a customer at Chase for over 10 years and this is the best branch I have ever visited in 4 states. I cannot say enough about the friendly and helpful staff, they're top rate and deserve the highest rating. I would 100% recommend them for all of your banking needs.
