Tom, at the Telluride branch is the least helpful banker I've ever come into contact with. First, I drove to Telluride from Grand Junction, about a 2.5 hour drive one way (5 hours total). I had to update my business bank account name. Something super simple to do. I spent an hour signing paper work, only to find out a week later that he made matters worse for me. Tom, at the Telluride branch, is the most unprofessional. most incompetent bank officer I have ever met. I needed to settle my sister's Estate, which is in a valid California Trust, She had 4 accounts at Chase Bank. I just needed to consolidate 3 accounts into 1 and cash out 1 account to send to her son. I called ahead and Tom said to bring 2 forms of I.D. and the Trust papers. I am the Trustee of my sister's Trust. When I met with Tom he never even looked at the second form of I.D. or the Trust. He did not know what to do. ... read more

2025update: set up an appointment, waited half hour and left with no helpful information. Disappointing. Took great care of us and gave my child some fun coloring activities

This branch definitely told me that it would take 1 day to do a foreign currency exchange - now I have to leave town and they don’t have my money. I’ve been in the bank over an hour and they don’t know how to process a refund. I’ve got 6 people waiting for me outside.
