The manager and client so kind. It was great and happy to meet them.
I have been banking with this specific bank locally for about a year now and they have given me beyond a great experience. The manager is always so sweet and remembers me every time I walk in. I’ve visited this Chase branch a few times, and each experience has been excellent. The branch manager Daizy and the staff are always very friendly, professional, and patient. The location is well-organized and clean. I really appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and efficient service — highly recommend this branch!

I had the worst experience with this location. I don't normally write reviews but I would like to help others to save their time. If you want to waste your time, you can still go here. I've been using Chase for 5-6 years and tried to open another credit card here. I met Mohamed E. and he processed the application for me. It has been more than 3 weeks now and I've called 5-6 times, sent emails numerous times, submitted all additional documents as they required and I hear nothing from them.
