In my experience, Chase is reluctant to ACTUALLY help a client with anything. (This is not to say that individual tellers aren't competent, kind, and productive.) Still, I have no idea why Chase slams its doors shut on Saturdays when most people work on weekdays and would appreciate having their Saturdays to do errands (which would include in-bank access) and, also, to balance their checkbooks.
