ATM Vestibule lock has been broken for over a week. Can’t get money in off hours. Six months later: still broken.
Rarely write reviews (especially bad ones), but I had such a poor experience and would urge you to visit the nearby Chase branches instead. Walked in one day to see if I could speak to anyone about accounts because no one picked up my phone call inquiries- front staff looked stunned that I would even ask to talk to anyone and said they are busy.
