Banker Isil is incredibly helpful and kind! I had a lot to sort, she was informative and never rushed the process. We had wonderful conversations for the ~ two hours it took. She is the best!!
Chase bank Roland Park is where I opened my account. I've banked there most weeks since last November and have always been greeted by helpful, knowledgeable, friendly people who do their job well. Every week I cash my paycheck which is written by my employer WHO ALSO USES CHASE. I take a portion of the cash to pay my weekly rent & have some spending funds and deposit the rest. Customer service is the wrist here. They act like they didn’t want to talk to me when I walked in. Please do not do buisness at this location.
Someone with bad broken English tried to scam me from this Chase Locations phone number. After they hung up I called back and they said they are Chase bank and it was not them that it must have been a scammer.. I then told them they are using this exact number to scam and they didn't seem to care at all!.. I don't even use Chase Bank but I did tell the Bank Associate that they should contact the Police Department about this but they didn't seem to care or be interested in doing so..
