Extremely disappointed with Chase Bank in Murabella. Where is the sense of community? During Meet the Teacher, when local parents are simply trying to get their kids ready for the school year, cars were being towed from the Chase parking lot. I do not find this branch pleasant. I just called because the new debit card, first for me, does not work. It even rejecs my cvv number. The person at the bank was strongly talking over me. I asked her not to do that and she replied oh my as if she had done nothing wrong. Ive had other problems here Very disappointing.
I chose this bank because it reflects seriousness, strength, and makes you feel important.
