Noah and team are friendly and fantastic. Great location with plenty of parking in a new building.
Customer service needs great attention in this Bank . They seem to be very annoyed when you come in to use their services . Every person I have encountered seem to lack in customer service . Our Ky Chase banks are very friendly and helpful.

I am not sure where any negative reviews have come from for this Chase branch. My wife and I use them for both personal and business banking and have been very pleased with the professionalism/ competence of the staff. They are always willing to help. They explain options and solutions thoroughly. Never a long wait and friendly service. I've been with Chase for 25yrs in 5 different states and this branch is by far the worst I've ever encountered. Today the teller is taking personal banking clients so I can't deposit a check, last week it was 5 days to get with a personal banker. Take your business and accounts elsewhere, they are not equipped to service this area.
