The manager was not welcoming and did not even say hello walking up. Her approach felt defensive from the start, as if there was suspicion even with valid ID and a Chase debit card. When attempting to explain the situation, she repeatedly interrupted instead of listening. There are better Chase locations tha are more personable. As a Chase customer of over 17 years, I would recommend using a different branch. The overall experience felt slow and lacked a customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset.
The door access system was down on after work hours. Absolutely unacceptable due to fact that no other branches are around.
The manager as well as a few staff are poor ,others ok.Having once had an issue to address, the manager was lazy and inept.Driving to another location a customer assistance staff member accomplished in 3 minutes while the manager at this store had stated call our 800 # ,we cannot help you for this issue.
Miss Lupe Guadalupe was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me resolve a card issue. She patiently called the help desk for me and was so knowledgeable on my issue.
