This bank is the best me and my whole family visit..it's so good that we wait till we get back from traveling to do all our banking..all of the staff treat you like family..they make you feel better when not feeling well. They seem to know and care. My family closed all of our other bank accounts for that reason. This is the worst place you could ever go. I made appointments twice and they wouldn't see me. I explained that I have a one-month-old daughter and needed help opening an account to pay for her insurance, and the person was unpleasant. They waste your time and are racist because I'm Hispanic. They refused to help me. What awful people! It's sad that this country has people like that.
Mr. Noah Lippy! Master of Old Bait and Switch Careful in your dealing with this branch and particularly Noah Lippy. We fell for his trap ! The manager was not welcoming and did not even say hello walking up. Her approach felt defensive from the start, as if there was suspicion even with valid ID and a Chase debit card. When attempting to explain the situation, she repeatedly interrupted instead of listening. There are better Chase locations tha are more personable. As a Chase customer of over 17 years, I would recommend using a different branch. The overall experience felt slow and lacked a customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset.
