I don’t know why Chase bothers to “say” they offer Notary services because they kinda don’t. 😡 They told me they do not notarize any type of legal document. First and foremost isn’t a large part of using a notary so it makes the signed document “a legal document” !!! They came right out and said …. “We don’t want to risk being subpoenaed to court” Ridiculous. I thought a Notary is verifying the signature of a specific person. What’s the difference what the document is? !!!!

Customer service needs great attention in this Bank . They seem to be very annoyed when you come in to use their services . Every person I have encountered seem to lack in customer service . Our Ky Chase banks are very friendly and helpful.
