Worst bank ever.Computer down again. Can't make a withdrawal from my account.Tellers are useless
Have to make an appointment to speak to a personal banker. No one in the bank when I went. I ordered euros and a message was left on my phone that sounded like Amy. When I returned the call and said I thought it was someone called Amy, they said we don’t have anybody here with that name. I said I think it’s probably my euros that have come in and she said just a moment put me on hold and hung up on me. No one ever bothered to call me back. So glad that I went to this branch. Kelly was very helpful and made up for the frustration from the other branch. She was able to fix their mistakes. Successfully and efficiently processed my other requests. Grateful for the excellent service!
Didn't see the tow signs when I first came into the entrance. My fault. Didn't see any tow signs in parking spaces and figured it was good. Was parked for 30 minutes, came back and car was gone. I understand the "rules" and its my fault but cmon. Someone watching to tow cars and ruin your day. Oh well
