Kaitlyn took excellent care of us today and met all of our needs for opening a new account! The rest of the staff were very friendly and professional, and the experience was as smooth as possible. A great place to go for banking!
Went to the branch to open a checking account. Only had 1 person available to help me, which he had an appointment in 5 minutes. After the appointment showed up, they advised me I would have to schedule a "meeting" for another day. What is so damn difficult about opening an account? Why do I have to come back another day if I'm here an hour before they close? Horrible experience and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
The staffs were very friendly. Mr. Hunt was super nice and helpful. I got my card approved immediately. Highly recommend.
