Excellent experience and customer service!!!!
The African-American young lady at the Creve Coeur branch display a great deal of sarcasm it seems she attempted to be professional I came across as being very sarcastic. She needs to increaser her levels of customer service.
Phil was the most professional, considerate, knowledgeable personnel I've encountered at Chase Bank. I applaud Chase banks standard to greet all who enter but not all are sincere. This location is also usually open where the one in the 8000 block tends to close early and isn't as on top of being about cheerful. It's a push for them I suppose. That's ok though! Unless I'm rushed I go to the one on the 10000 block! Chase is pretty good.
