I am a little ignorant when it comes to online banking. When I went in to deposit a check today the young lady helping me was friendly. She even gave me some valuable information that will be great in my immediate future and save me a ton of time and energy. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The security officer and young woman at the door were both funny as hell. We had a nice laugh on my way out. I look forward to doing bigger business with them in the future.
I recently visited this branch to open a new account and the entire experience was amazing from the minute I walked in to the tour at the end. I was introduced to all the members of the branch , even the manager of this location and they took their time to show me how to navigate the app.
If I can use a ZERO STAR OPTION I would. The lady that probably makes $600 a week as an account manager has her EGO INFLATED. This makes CHASE WORST THAN IT IS. SHE HAS DISMISSED ME AT THE DOOR FOR A SIMPLE REQUEST.
