An hour left on a Saturday and with no one else waiting they said they didn't have enough time to handle adding someone to an account. Waste of time, the guy obviously just didn't want to do it.

I went to this location to finalize a chase credit card application. This is something that is purely administrative, namely, sending a fax to the credit department of the bank. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and supportive Steve was to work with. In the past, I have had trouble with banks even giving me the time of day and /or feeling like they care.
