The bank would not cash a check without a $10 service fee even though the check was a Chase Bank check! Extremely frustrating 😡 to drive a 40-minute round trip!
just visited now and very very very bad customer service experience with a lady guiding everybody to visit a banker was so rude and for my identity verification with a banker named Nameeah(not sure) she was so rude as well and didn’t hear my concern and said clearly no to upload my documents and told me to do it by myself even after I was on her desk and she was supposed to help me with it.
