Line was long but the staff were nice. The previous reviews scared me but I had no choice but to come here as it is the only place I was able to get an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was taken care of. The wait line for me to finish my transaction was the worse I have experienced but overall it was a good experience.

I have been going to this bank for 7 years. The new tellers are horrible. They aren't polite. They are having personal conversations and looking at their phones instead of helping customers. They aren't even dressed appropriately. Tight t-shirts and jeans? When I was making a large deposit, the teller said "you must be off your game because your total is wrong." I asked her to check again because I always do the math 3 times. She spent 5 minutes trying to add the checks before she told me "never mind, you had it right." She ... read more

One person at One teller, i was told to take a seat, it'll be a while. I said get another teller. oh, she was on lunch. I said I'm on lunch too, but I'm at the bank. So I left. Not the first time I was treated poorly at this branch. I'm a private banking customer too, a meaningless status.

I recently visited a Chase branch to withdraw cash from their ATM. While I am not currently a Chase customer, I live just a few blocks away and was considering opening an account and potentially moving my business to this location. After using the ATM, I realized that I had received a large number of $20 bills, which were inconvenient to carry.
