I wanted to open up a new account. I was told it would take 30 to 40 minutes because there was nobody to do it and I don’t think that was really was not the case however, there was nobody in there they just didn’t want to open the account said I needed an appointment yet didn’t make one for me nor give me the bankers card that handles new account openings so I would say other than cashing a check that was drawn against them anyways was the only good thing that happened. The worst branch ever. Second time in two days that I scheduled an appointment and the guy doesn’t show. I come to the branch and no one is there. Unbelievable! They didn’t bother to call me. If you have appointment scheduled with Benjamin Culicerto, don’t bother, try scheduling in another bank
