I literally opened a business account with Chase branch I deposited $40,000 in the account after I deposited the money I forgot to write LLC on the back of the check so there was a clerical error on my behalf, they took the money from me November 6 they said they were going to give me my money back several times with a check did I mention they also Closed my account Here we are February 27. Bad customer service. Personal could not assist me and they simple asked me to call the agency when I was in the agency. If possible to avoid business with this bank pls do so. You are going to save a lot of headaches.
