Apparently they are “busy” right now without anyone. We can come back by 3pm , not sure why they are busy with no one waiting in the lobby. Close the branch if you’re busy - don’t open. If it’s open provide services you’re suppose to provide. Chase sucks !!

Been with chase for years now and they continue to be my favorite bank. The customer service here is phenomenal. The team is very kind and provides you with information you didnt even know.
