Since two weeks now i try to accept a payment of my customer by credit card. chase bank was a very bad experience. took me 4 days to realized chase bank gave me wrong information. he said i must be merchant but 4 days later the staff at the chase branch said i just need click quickaccept abd create an invoice. they flagged the payment after the customer made the payment. she paid on friday 7:30 am. in monday night to tuesday, chase put on hold payment abd requested document. i replied tuesday morning with document. today is ... read more
Apparently they are “busy” right now without anyone. We can come back by 3pm , not sure why they are busy with no one waiting in the lobby. Close the branch if you’re busy - don’t open. If it’s open provide services you’re suppose to provide. Chase sucks !!

Been with chase for years now and they continue to be my favorite bank. The customer service here is phenomenal. The team is very kind and provides you with information you didnt even know.
