Have banked at Chase for 15 years, polite and gracious. Good counsel regarding investment banking and return on investment. Top notch in my book! Highly recommend!
Lack of proper customer service. All they did was make excuses for his “new” account that was opened on 5/8/25. They literally froze his account and moved his money to a holding account. The direct deposit of payroll was held in pending mode. When his ATM card finally arrived, he called to activate i, but still couldn’t get money out. So bad I would rather punch myself in the nuts then ever try and deal with the staff here.
Horrible service!!! I went in to request a debit card and watch as the lady typed away on the computer doing anything but order me a debit card. I waited over 2 weeks for a card that was never ordered. Won’t be going back to this Chase again. Please hire new people who can actually do the job.
