Stopped by the local Spring Hill bank to set up a new business account. I called Chase ahead of time to see what I needed. We have been long time Chase bank customers, so I thought this would be easy since we have other accounts, yet I had never been in this branch before. Just had a horrible experience with Chase Bank. My wife and I are long time customers of Chase Bank and applied for a loan on a property we are purchasing. Long story short we were turned down the day before closing due to an appraisal issue (the appraisal came in at the property's asking price.) We are putting down a 40% down payment, have excellent income, and a credit of 800. We had to scramble to get another loan, which we did, and are now closing on tne property through another lender.
