I've been using this bank for 9 months. I'm there multiple times per week. Wasn't able to get a change order for my restaurant today due to leaving my ID in my vehicle. I don't feel my time is valued at all. I don't understand why you would need an ID for a change order but that's another issue. This bank is so inconsistent, I would expect more personable service with the amount time I spend going to this bank every week. I would recommend using another bank for your business needs. Everyone at this branch was very helpful and friendly!
Don’t go to this location unless you make an “appointment”. They won’t see you and will tell you to come back in an hour and half. It’s not required but “preferred” but they still won’t see you. Skip it. Go to another bank. Guy we talked to was rude and basically made it seem our fault for not making appointment. We have bank accounts with Chase - just wanted to make them joint. Not get a home loan or open an account. Don’t waste your time.
