Customer service is just awful at this Spring Hill location.
Unfriendly and difficult to work with.
The staff is friendly and helpful. But it is utterly ridiculous that if I need to to ask a quick question ( and we do live in a technological era) I should be able to call my local branch and get through. Not that I have to drive all the way to the branch to get my question answered. No one picks up the phone!!! C'MON!!!
I live 1.5 hours south of Nashville, TN and unfortunately there aren’t any Chase branches near where I live. I usually visit one of the two branches in Franklin, TN. Today I visited the Spring Hill branch because it’s slightly closer to my house. I would give 5 STARS to the person in the lobby who greeted me when I entered the branch and thanked me when I left the branch.
