Great neighborhood banker. Very happy with Chase Bank . Manager and employees are knowledgeable , friendly, helpful .
From the get go everyone was incredibly amazing!! Went in to set up a bank account Lucas was so friendly and nice. He helped me get a time set up and we only had a 5 min wait because he was able to set up an appointment for us. We then met Tulip and Jay. They were both so incredible at helping me set up my account. Jay was so kind to get coloring books for my 2 children who came with me. Please tell me the days and times when everyone there is nice and helpful. I will go then. The new procedures to just cash a check and make a deposit are long and time consuming. It took 15 minutes just to cash a check. Then, I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes to get someone to help me set up an IRA. I've been using this bank for 9 months. I'm there multiple times per week. Wasn't able to get a change order for my restaurant today due to leaving my ID in my vehicle. I don't feel my time is valued at all. I don't understand why you would need an ID for a change order but that's another issue. This bank is so inconsistent, I would expect more personable service with the amount time I spend going to this bank every week. I would recommend using another bank for your business needs.
