The staff is friendly and helpful. But it is utterly ridiculous that if I need to to ask a quick question ( and we do live in a technological era) I should be able to call my local branch and get through. Not that I have to drive all the way to the branch to get my question answered. No one picks up the phone!!! C'MON!!!
I live 1.5 hours south of Nashville, TN and unfortunately there aren’t any Chase branches near where I live. I usually visit one of the two branches in Franklin, TN. Today I visited the Spring Hill branch because it’s slightly closer to my house. I would give 5 STARS to the person in the lobby who greeted me when I entered the branch and thanked me when I left the branch. Very hard to get in touch with customer service.
I love how they reimagined the atmosphere at Chase. Much warmer! We switched banks because of convenience but have been very surprised at the friendliness of the staff. Natasha at the Spring Hill branch was very helpful and pleasant when we were looking for a notary.
Had an offer from Chase in the mail to get a bonus for opening a new account. Went to this branch to open the account, with the offer. They set it up wrong (didn't apply the coupon) and we didn't get the bonus. Talked to the branch manager, they understood what went wrong, but couldn't fix it. Kind of useless since the bonus was the whole reason we opened the account in the first place
