Zero customer service and retention - Chase works incredibly hard to market promotions and reel in new customers, but the second you actually need customer service, you realize they couldn’t care less. I recently had a terrible experience that resulted in me closing three accounts in a matter of minutes because of their complete lack of support. went in to make a simple inquiry about my account was told i needed to wait. Plenty of bankers hanging out and laughing waited about 20 minutes before I walked out.
