went in to make a simple inquiry about my account was told i needed to wait. Plenty of bankers hanging out and laughing waited about 20 minutes before I walked out.

I have always been relatively confident in the customer service of those bank but today they refuse to take a dollar bill because it looked dirty and yeah I guess it was dirty which I didn't notice before when somebody gave me a change for $100 at a laundromat. I wanted to get rid of the cash and the chsde bankers said , that they wouldnt accept the $1 bill, after which I told them to keep it after which the manager Cindy instructed the employee to shred the $1 bill. Plenty of staff, lots of open agents at their computer, I was the only one waiting…50 minute wait for a 5 minute transaction that Chase requires you to come in person for. Lack of customer service at this branch unfortunately
