Staff is friendly but as a new client with this branch, i don't understand why their outside ATM is ALWAYS DOWN. It is even worst on the weekends. Please install another ATM machine or make the existing one more reliable and stable!!
Went to cash checks cut from chase! They refused to cash the check unless I opened an account with them. I most definitely will not ever bank with this extortionist banking brand!
I am using fake account, so I would not get in trouble with chase. I am almost 40 years old i have NEVER experience "careless"attitude in my life as I experience in this this bank. They just did MAJOR mistake, and now I have to use my PTO to work with them and find resolution, soon I will get my $900 promo and close my account for good. HORRIBLE experience.
Chase bank is literally the lowest of the lows. I attempted to transfer a few thousand over from my checking to my Chase business account and to my surprise, they closed all 3 of my accounts, business account and credit card as they said that it was suspicious activity. You would think that in this day and age, a bank would contact the account owner before closing their account to verify but apparently, Chase does not provide the decent courtesy to do so.
