This is the worst chase branch in Rhode Island. Save yourself a headache and go to a different branch!!!
Avoid this location if you’re a business customer, they were not helpful. The guy thought it was OK to put his feet up on the desk while talking to me had to call technical support and after waiting on hold for five minutes, put them on speakerphone and when they hung up, all I got was maybe this isn’t worth it. Maybe management could do better at this location
