I've banked with Chase for over a decade, but despite the billing as a "Relationship Bank", they have consistently proven to not care about individuals. Today's interaction with Kyle was the last straw to demonstrate that Chase will always lie and obfuscate. This has led to my opening new accounts elsewhere and moving all of my assets out of Chase.
