Rude lobby manager She can’t control her anger
After reviewing the reviews for this place I shouldn’t have came to this branch especially how they deal with fraud/close accounts. Is ridiculous I came to pull my money out at the per fraud department. After manager makes the call to fraud department she stated that she could do nothing with the account. I come home call Chase and find out it was her choice not to give me my funds. After reading reviews I see that’s typically what she does. And lie to your face don’t remember her name but she is the manager.
These people have the nastiest attitudes.
If I could give it 0 stars I would whoever the lady name is I believe marry I came in around 12:30 it’s not that she couldn’t fix the issues it’s how nasty her attitude
