My husband and I had an appointment at this branch. To be fair they did not know the call we had with customer service set an appointment for Saturday when they do not take Saturday appointments. My husband had a question and attempted to approach the ONLY banker available to ask about the appointment, but she was so RUDE! She yelled at him, publicly humiliated, and closed the door in his face. She did not have the decency to tell him to speak with the teller, because she could not assist him right away. I had an appointment scheduled and was promptly seen. My accounts were opened and the banker MJ took the time to go through the app with me to show me all its features.

Terrible bank came on a Saturday at 10 am to open a joint account and waited more than 2 hours, only one banker available for more than 4 people waiting. All offices empty and only one worker seems like they need to hire more people.
