My husband and I had an appointment at this branch. To be fair they did not know the call we had with customer service set an appointment for Saturday when they do not take Saturday appointments. My husband had a question and attempted to approach the ONLY banker available to ask about the appointment, but she was so RUDE! She yelled at him, publicly humiliated, and closed the door in his face. She did not have the decency to tell him to speak with the teller, because she could not assist him right away.
