I visited this Chase branch on a busy, windy day to open both a checking and a savings account. After presenting my driver's license as my primary ID, I was asked for a secondary ID because I am not a U.S. citizen. I provided my EAD card, which includes my photo and current immigration status. However, I was told that it was not acceptable, and I would need to return another time to open my accounts. I hate this chase it’s so slow no one knows what they are doing the ATMS are always broken and something is always happening here. Don’t go here and change to Bank of America.
I prefer not to go in but to use the atm. They are OK however smothering especially if u are a person of color
