I recently opened a new business account. Of course I tried to do this online but screwed it up. Jessica went above and beyond on numerous occasions now to help me with my account. She even called me afterwards make sure all was okay and asked if I needed anything. I used the teller service a few time now and it was great. I like their online banking services, I only wish they had a “scheduled transactions” option so that I could look ahead to see how much money I could have in my account at the end of the month.
I will tell you about our experience.. we arrived at 3pm we live in Cedar Rapids and my husband asked for permission at his job to be able to open an account, a guy attended us at once, we told him that to open an account and he left us waiting as he saw that we spoke Spanish, he sent someone else at 3:30pm to tell us that there was not enough time to open an account now the question how long does it take to open an account?
