Would not recommend banking with Chase. They put a seven business day hold on my payroll check I’ve been waiting half a month on. I understand policy’s and procedures but to hold someone’s payroll hostage when the deposit was accepted and verified by the bank the payroll check is from along with being provided a pay stub is insane. There is months where I have upwards of $10,000 being deposited to my checking account and I’ve had zero issues with larger amounts. I went into the Sun Prarie Chase bank and stood in a line for the teller. One woman asked me what I needed and I told her to open a trust account and she proceeded to tell me all the documents I needed (which I had with me) and told me the account will not be opened today. I understand the process I have done ot before. A few minutes later a second woman approached me and told me the same things except she said you will have tomcome back in 2-3 business days when legal approves your documents. Dee the branch manager should be fired. She hung up on me because she “couldn’t understand me”and wasted hours of my day. Fortunately Chase corporate office was able to call Dee and teach her how to handle my request. Customer service with Chase is already hit or miss, now they have a branch manager that doesn't care to help- not manager material. 0 star rating for Dee.
