Dee the branch manager should be fired. She hung up on me because she “couldn’t understand me”and wasted hours of my day. Fortunately Chase corporate office was able to call Dee and teach her how to handle my request. Customer service with Chase is already hit or miss, now they have a branch manager that doesn't care to help- not manager material. 0 star rating for Dee.
CJ Opitz was helping us open an account. He was just super nice and helpful. Overall we got an amazing experience. Thanks
Waiting in line 15 minutes Seen a total of three employees I left cuz I don't get paid by the hour and my bank in neenah The branch manager or shifts supervisor would have stepped in and helped But we had four or five people in line waiting and only one of the three wanted to do their damn job Satisfaction sucks at this one on spring Street
