I had an extremely disappointing experience with this branch. I visited multiple times for the same issue, but it felt like no one took the time to understand why I was there. Instead of trying to help, I was repeatedly told to "come back next time." On visit, I had a scheduled appointment, yet I was still asked to wait. Very convenient and reliable local Chase branch with access to the 24 hour ATM at drive through or lobby. During opening hours the tellers are very professional and knowledgeable with their great customer service plus the waits in line are not long at all even the drive through as well. There is always available parking in front of the building and it’s well lit during the dark hours.
Employees are friendly and helpful.
Very clean environment and friendly workers helped me very fast
Terrible customer service. Come here if you have nothing else to do for the day as they have two speeds; slow & stop!
