I went today and it was terrible, the welcome was a complete disgrace and they did a few simple transactions with a frown on their faces.
This branch doesn’t know anything at all!! even the manager!!they’re clueless about what’s going on your account.
Chase customer service doesn't take branch feedback so I'm leaving this here: this branch often leaves the ATM door locked from inside. Me and another customer could not get access to chase ATM after hours.
The staff there are super friendly and helpful. The interior is very clean and nice.
En tres ocasiones fui al banco y fue imposible que me atendieran, por algo tan simple como cambiar el Zelle , tienen malísima calidad del servicio y no es por que hubiera mucha gente, nada que ver . Con solo 3 clientes espere un hora y me fui,. En otra ocasión volví y lo mismo
