Came for the paper work , they won’t even let use the restroom! Bad customer service!
Needed $30.00 in quarters. Not $300. Not even $100. Just $30. Their "vault teller" was out to lunch, so I'd have to wait 25 minutes. Seriously? This isn't Ft. Knox and I didn't ask for a bar of gold or 15 grand. It's $30.00. This is the first time I had this issue with Chase, and I have been happy with them so far, but if this is a continuing issue, I'll be changing banks. What sort of bank doesn't have $30 in quarters? What if I was a business and needed them immediately? What a half baked way to run a bank.
Sylvania is a great place to shoot and dine.
I took my elderly mother here for an issue with her account. I went in to check on her after several minutes and because she didn't have all the info they wanted they refused to assist her at all! She's banked with them almost 20yrs, and everyone of the girls were so rude and smug! We went to the branch on airport highway and they were friendly and treated her right! And it's hard to refrain from using fowl language to describe these women, but figure I'll take the high road and keep it clean.
