Horrible branch!!! The ATM is always out of order!!!!!
The bank might get a 5 stars. Avoid working with Julian(banker). He made my 5 minute visit a not so welcoming visit. Refused to help us out when I seemed confused in a procedure and his behavior got real unprofessional. Never ever coming back to this branch not even for the nice lounge they have.
Farhany is one of the best bankers that I've ever come across. She's always willing to help me when I need it. And I so appreciated it. She has a pleasing personality
Great customer service and well informed about other services they provide. That said... Atm in most Chase location ( out side especially ) are becoming a nightmare for not dispensing money. And waiting days for your money to be available is not except able.
