Banks that don't have an option to speak to a representative are ridiculous. I called the branch phone number as I needed to speak to an actual living, breathing human being and no one ever answers the phone. It directs me to call the 800 number, if I wanted to speak to someone who is out of state I'd happily do that, but the fact that you can't get through to a person is beyond comprehension to me. I've been with Chase for over 20 years and looks like they are moving away from any or all human interaction.

I came in with a check ✅ written on Chase Bank. I was told that if I opened an account I would have immediate access to this money. This was not the case which I found out after I went through all of the requirements to open an account. I called the check hold department and was left on the phone (still holding) for over 15 min.

I absolutely LOVE all the tellers I’ve engaged with over at this location! Very kind, great communication skills, and they are always eager to help me out. GREAT PEOPLE!!! Also, big shout out to Bilal Hussain, my Private Client Banker, for always going above and beyond for me, and putting first class service above all else.
