When I first made my account I was very happy with the experience. I liked the app, etc. and even wanted to switch my personal, non profit, and saving account over here (I have business). I noticed with my first direct deposit it was on hold for days and I had to authenticate multiple times. Then, I had a check I tried to get cashed they would not do it. Worse experience in this location. Been a customer from 2015 and they treat you like you’re nothing for them because you don’t deposit millions on their bank
I think I might switch to a different bank, employees at the chantilly branch will be staring at you like a thief when you enter the building. They don’t seem to have an idea of anything you ask. I ask them a few questions and their responses was that I should check their app all the information is there. I know the information on your app but I need more clarification so I can make the best choices. The team there should have some proper training.
