Stupid management
I opened a business account with Chase Bank two years ago, expecting reliable support for my company’s financial needs. Don't bank at this Chase branch or totally avoid Chase if you can. But this branch is operated by an incompetent branch manager called Naz. She operares it like a small.confectionary rathwr than a large U.S. Bank.
This is the worst branch in Virginia. Very badly managed by Nazanin. They have no lue of custimer service, they don't even know how to keep paper trail and make up rules as they go. You will see ustomers lining uo and inexperienced bank staff just standing up or walking around the bra h floor.
