Terrible bank! They closed my bf's account after a check bounced without even giving a reason. They didn't say if it was because of the check bouncing or not and that bank account was where his SSI went. Not to mention they wouldn't let him withdraw the rest of his SSI and then they freaking stole it and made his account negative after saying he could withdraw the rest on Tuesday the 1st of October then they were going to close the account.
I haven't been inside of a bank in years but upon entering the bank I was greeted RIGHT AWAY. The staff was extremely friendly and offered me some water. I have gone in a few times after that and experience the same gesture. I went to another bank to open an account and no one greeted me, which was a turn off. I waited for sometime before I was rerouted to a different section of the bank. American..... you can fill in the blank.
