Had the pleasure of stopping in a few weeks back, was immediately greeted by staff and offered assistance by LaShawn she was extremely pleasant and determined to fulfill the reason for my visit, with growing doubt she did just that. Couldn’t thank her enough for turning a negative into a positive.
Lashawn, the new branch manager at this location is God awful. My sister and I have been customers for a very long time and I’m so used to coming into this location with the most pleasant people, but I’ve seen so much change within this location as of the past few months. We’ve seen about 4 different branch managers , and the latest is the absolute worst. Such a pleasant experience with Jaden, Yasmine, and someone who was just in temporarily from the Clayton location - they were all so kind and friendly!
