I had the most horrible experience at this branch of Chase bank with a worker there called Jermelia Bursey. She was rude ,condescending , has no impulse control,has no customer service training and unprofessional. She needs to be fired from her position. She does not qualify to be in that position. I don’t know who okayed her hiring but there must be something off going on there.

I visited here and met a worker here named Jermelia Bursey who should not be working there. Her level of unprofessionalism is absurd. Her rude behavior is on another level.She does not deserve her position. She needs to be investigated and fired. She is a total disgrace to Chase bank. My question is that is Chase bank just hiring anyone these days? Do they really look into their qualifications? This is totally unacceptable.Bursey’s rude behavior should be addressed.

Where do I even begin. First of all, this place used to be great but unfortunately it has gone down the drain. They keep hiring unprofessional people like Jermelia Bursey. She is the worst person to ever address customers. My experience with her was absolutely horrifying at best. A most unpleasant and stomach churning encounter with this woman at the bank. Her unprofessionalism needs to be investigated. I do not know how she got hired in the first place. Utterly and completely unacceptable.

I was not satisfied with my experience here.the person who gave me service was very unprofessional and rude and snarky. Her name was Jermelia Bursey.Never encountered such unprofessionalism before. The manger of this bank who okayed her hire should be ashamed of herself.
