This bank has been denied me customer service because I’m black I been trying to open up a bank account here for months and told me may be this not the bank for me I have never Hurd this in my life you guys need to do better on putting people ant this branch no matter what color I am I should be able to open up a account this is not right I really hope I can talk to hr personally because I want to take it to court for profiling me as a black man that’s not worthy of this bank
Bankers here. Went with my parents to open an account. They were going to transfer a hefty amount of their retirement into a new joint account. The kid a host, goes to the 2 asian women in the office, which you can see and tells them we want to open an account, they tell him theyre booked, yet continue on chatting and playing on the electronics. I wonder of I were asian if I would have been discarded so easily. The guy goes ahead and tells me there are other banks on the street to open accounts🤯. I have never heard of a ban... read more
