Been a customer of Chase for many years. They keep improving. And unfortunately keep closing branches.
I scheduled an appointment with Apple Zheng (Ping Zheng) at 12:30 on 11/23 for updates my account on the phone. She started calling me from 9:30 to 11:30. It was a Saturday morning I had my phone on silent till noon. She did not call me at 12:30 and also did not answer my phone at 12:30. That was very very ignorance and unreasonable. What is the reason for me picking a TIME to meet and ignore what I request? I never saw a banker like this
ATM Vestibule is just locked outside of business hours. And then trying to use the drive through ATM - that’s also down. Not helpful at all.
