Had a great experience at Chase Bank in Astoria, thanks to Alan! He took the time to sit down with me and go over all my questions with so much patience and kindness. I feel sorry for these customers who had terrible experiences here at this Chase Bank, and at other Chase Banks as well. I personally do not have any problems when I go to a Chase Bank. I went to the Chase Bank about a few months ago back in late 2024. I asked for an envelope, and Joshua was very kind enough to give me an envelope to put my money in.
