Had a great experience at Chase Bank in Astoria, thanks to Alan! He took the time to sit down with me and go over all my questions with so much patience and kindness. It’s rare to find genuinely good customer service these days, and knowing that someone like Alan is there to help makes such a difference. I feel sorry for these customers who had terrible experiences here at this Chase Bank, and at other Chase Banks as well. I personally do not have any problems when I go to a Chase Bank. I went to the Chase Bank about a few months ago back in late 2024. I asked for an envelope, and Joshua was very kind enough to give me an envelope to put my money in. After he handed the envelope to me I said “Thanks Josh.” and then I went to withdraw my money. Once again, I do apologize to everybody who had these terrible experiences at this... read more
