I want to give a huge shoutout to Yannis at Chase. My parents are traveling and we had an issue that required going back and forth with Chase customer service. Yannis did not just point us in the right direction. He took ownership, got on the phone, advocated for them, and stayed with it until everything was fully resolved. I went to solve an over charged problem and instead the man who helped me made a fraudulent claim when I was hesitant about it due to the fact I won’t be able to use my digital wallet. And now I’ve been on the phone since 8 am with chase tech support and all the numbers due to the fact my phone is now listed as blocked from using Apple Pay through my own app. People in the bank are useless no help at all just made more problems. This is the problem I wanted to avoid.
Waited over 10 minutes. Not one person offered to help, not even bother to ask why I went. Good way to lose customers.
Now I will tell you about my situation! I'm very angry, I ordered a package from amazon worth 4000 dollars. The package arrived but it's empty inside! he turned to the bank with all the documents, they told me every week just call and we will solve it, they didn't solve anything after 60 days, they just said the claim is closed! disaster!! I still have all the bank accounts and business accounts in chase , and I will close them all! And I will report the case to the CFPB.
I waited to speak to a customer service rep and a teller called me over, I told her I need to speak to someone about an IRA account, she said you can wait in the queue but no idea how long it is… She continued to tell me that they are back from a long weekend and a lot of people are still out.
