I still have all the bank accounts and business accounts in chase , and I will close them all! And I will report the case to the CFPB.
I waited to speak to a customer service rep and a teller called me over, I told her I need to speak to someone about an IRA account, she said you can wait in the queue but no idea how long it is… She continued to tell me that they are back from a long weekend and a lot of people are still out.
