Excelente 👌 atención. Explican todo al detalle. Se nota cuanto importa el cliente. Y sobre todo la banquera que me atendió, Roxana, fue muy profesional y muy amable.
Everyone we met there were so nice! We dealt mostly with Roxana. Professional, very smart and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She helped us immensely! If I were to change banks I would change to this one!

This particular branch is terrible. I'm a Chase customer and I live in the building just above the bank but can't go downstairs, literally to get cash after hours. They have an after hours fob to enter the vestibule but it only works when the bank is opened. Make that make sense.
