I like Chase overall, but this location has snobby employees and the ATM outside has been non-functional for several months. There is no excuse for a business as big as Chase to act as cheaply as they do.
I received excellent help to resolve my issue.
I am a REALTOR helping a client purchase a home and they are using Chase for their lender. Benjamin Isaacs is the "client care" rep, although that title seems to be inaccurate. I also have personal accounts with Chase. This has been the single worst experience with a lender that I have ever had. Very challenging to get anyone on the phone or have them respond to emails, endless doc requests that they already have or don't end up needing, delayed closing 1 week and counting. Pleaseee fix the ATM outside. The temporarily closed sign was put up several months ago.
