Its hit or miss on weather their 24hour atm is working or not. I have almost never been able to use it when I need to and have to go to another location because the lobby is closed by the time I leave work.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. During my visit to open a personal account, I was repeatedly asked where I was from and was told I could not open an account because I do not have a U.S. passport. As someone from Afghanistan, I left feeling hurt and unwelcome. I was particularly disappointed by the way I was treated by the manager and employee, Jamshid. BAD BANK TELLER WOULDNT CASH A CHECK THATS WRITTEN FROM THEIR OWN BANK, I SEND MY DAUGHTER TO CASH IT SINCE IT WAS A CHASE BANK CHECK THAT THAT TELLER LADY WOULDNT CASH $22 CHECK, SO IM REPORTIING THEM TO BANKING COMMISSION AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU THEY WONT EVEN CASH THEIR OWN CHECKS, MUST NOT HAVE NO FUNDS IN THIS BANK. I like Chase overall, but this location has snobby employees and the ATM outside has been non-functional for several months. There is no excuse for a business as big as Chase to act as cheaply as they do.
