ATM outside never works when I try to use it. The one inside you should be able to access with using your card, but you can’t. Just overall not good with Chase again.
I love Chase Bank. More specifically, I enjoy this location on 132nd and Center the most. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They genuinely want to help any way they can and I always look forward to visiting!
Entered the building this Friday morning and there were 3 employees( associates, private client bankers or whatever their “title” is) just sippin their coffee right in the lobby and as I walked in they looked at me up and down judging, no hi no good morning (not feeling privileged) but basic service. Didn’t feel welcoming at all. But i guess it was not the day for that. But those ATM machines are great. They greet you at least.
Worst bank. Called my boss stating they were protecting her account from fraud thinking my check was bad but my boss confirmed it wasn’t
Went to open an account on Friday and was was helped right away!! They are so nice and very helpful. Sarah was very helpful and kind!!
