I am a REALTOR helping a client purchase a home and they are using Chase for their lender. Benjamin Isaacs is the "client care" rep, although that title seems to be inaccurate. I also have personal accounts with Chase. This has been the single worst experience with a lender that I have ever had. Very challenging to get anyone on the phone or have them respond to emails, endless doc requests that they already have or don't end up needing, delayed closing 1 week and counting. Pleaseee fix the ATM outside. The temporarily closed sign was put up several months ago.
It was great service
Negative experience with Rosie and Kaprese. Both employees so lazy, intentionally avoided and refused to do their job during their operational hours. I was a client with chase bank for 3 years. I should definitely choose a different bank now
ATM outside never works when I try to use it. The one inside you should be able to access with using your card, but you can’t. Just overall not good with Chase again.
